Privacy Notice
Catalog Asset Care is operated by TheaterThink LLC. This notice explains the limited information collected through this site and during a service engagement.
Information we collect
The pilot request form collects your name, work email, company, approximate catalog size, channels, timing, and the operational context you provide. The public site does not request payment details, SKU files, images, or product documents.
How we use it
We use inquiry information to evaluate fit, respond to your request, prepare scope and pricing, prevent abuse, understand which pages and campaigns produce inquiries, and maintain a record of the relationship. Site measurement records event type, page, campaign parameters, referring domain, and a random browser-session identifier; it does not intentionally record your IP address in the analytics table. We do not sell personal information.
Service files
If a project proceeds, product files are handled under the written order or services agreement. We request least-privilege access, work from copies, and do not alter source files. Temporary working files are normally deleted within 30 days after final delivery unless the written order states another period.
Service providers
Information may be processed by providers used to host the site, store business records, communicate, invoice, and deliver the service. They receive only the information reasonably needed for those functions.
Retention and choices
Inquiry records are normally retained for up to 12 months, or longer when needed for an active customer relationship, accounting, fraud prevention, or legal obligations. You may ask to access, correct, or delete inquiry information.
Security
Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used, but no online system can guarantee absolute security. Do not submit confidential product files through the public request form.
