Service Terms
Catalog Asset Care is operated by TheaterThink LLC. These public terms describe the pilot request process. A request does not create a service contract. Work begins only after written scope, fee, retention terms, and payment are confirmed.
Recovery Preview
The free browser-based tool parses customer-selected CSV files locally and applies disclosed identity, completeness, and channel-readiness checks. It may join aggregate product performance and channel issues when supplied. Its outputs are not saved by Catalog Asset Care and do not constitute a complete catalog, SEO, financial, legal, or compliance audit. Historical revenue attached to affected products is described as exposure, not revenue proven lost.
Service boundary
The founding Recovery Baseline reviews up to 250 agreed variants and three agreed customer-authorized exports to create an identity map, verified exposure map, commercial recovery queue, source plan, and controlled change brief. A written Verified Recovery Sprint may also include approved product-field and asset remediation, a release pack, and a measurement readout. Unless a written order expressly says otherwise, services exclude pricing decisions, inventory decisions, unapproved publishing, customer-level data, unsupported creative claims, intellectual-property review, legal compliance, tax advice, and marketplace approval.
Customer responsibilities
You must have authority to discuss the catalog and supplied metrics, provide accurate aggregate inputs and any agreed source of truth, have rights to supplied assets, designate a decision-maker, maintain backups, and review all proposed changes before use or publication.
Fees and start of work
The founding Recovery Baseline price is $495 for up to 250 agreed variants and three agreed exports. The founding Verified Recovery Sprint price is $1,500 for up to 25 agreed opportunities. Payment is requested only after fit and scope are confirmed. Fees are fully refundable before production work begins. After processing begins, fees are non-refundable except when the provider cannot deliver the agreed work.
Timing and changes
The written order identifies the delivery date and measurement window. Missing access, incomplete metrics, unclear identifiers, customer decisions, scope changes, or unusually complex materials may change timing. Work above the stated limits requires a revised quote.
Confidentiality, metrics, and files
Do not provide customer-level or payment-card data. Aggregate metrics and authorized source files are handled using least-privilege access. Source files are not modified. Temporary working copies are normally deleted within 30 days after final delivery unless the written order states otherwise. A separate NDA or services agreement may be required before unreleased or sensitive materials are provided.
AI-assisted drafts
When AI assists with a written Recovery Sprint, generated fields are drafts based on agreed source material and rule profiles. The customer must confirm factual accuracy, rights, claims, and final approval. Catalog Asset Care does not use AI to decide ambiguous identity matches, prices, inventory, regulated claims, or final publication.
No guarantee of platform approval or revenue
Reports, exposure measures, recovery scenarios, change sets, and channel packs are operational aids. Historical revenue exposure is not revenue proven lost; scenarios are not forecasts, profit claims, or guarantees. We do not guarantee that Shopify, Faire, Google, or another platform will accept, publish, rank, approve, or generate revenue from a listing.
Written order controls
If these terms conflict with a signed order form or services agreement, the signed document controls for that engagement. The contracting legal entity and applicable liability terms will be identified there.
